Armond Morales and MOSH Group, Inc. Agree to Settlement of Legal Dispute
NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Armond Morales and MOSH Group, Inc. (also known as The Imperials) are pleased to announce that they have agreed to terms that will settle their legal dispute. Mr. Morales has affirmed that he did indeed transfer his rights in and to The Imperials over to MOSH Group, Inc. in March 2005 and MOSH Group has agreed to drop the remainder of its lawsuit.Shannon Smith, of MOSH Group said, "As is often the case in these situations, there had been much miscommunication over the life of this dispute. Recently Mr. Morales and MOSH made a renewed attempt to cut through the misunderstandings and find a resolution to our disagreement. We definitely have always wanted to find common ground and we were able to do that by humbling ourselves and making another attempt to understand each other. We publicly apologize for the hurt and pain we have caused the Morales' and we apologize to anyone that we've offended or if we've in any way brought reproach to the cause of Christ. We humbly ask for the forgiveness of any and all whom we've offended. We believe that our message to the world is not necessarily that Christians never disagree, never make mistakes or even sin; rather our message is of a God who heals, restores and loves unconditionally. Our prayer is that all of us can concentrate more fully on spreading that message. We love and appreciate Armond and Bonnie Morales and we wish them the best as they follow God's leading on their life. We ask for the prayers of the body of Christ."
Armond Morales said, "I'm extremely thankful that an agreement has been reached to end this lawsuit. It's been a difficult and trying time for Bonnie and myself. I've never wanted the MOSH Group not to succeed so we wish them well as they move forward towards their destiny and what God has for them."
In responding to his father's previously released open letter, Jason Morales said, "I love my parents deeply and I know that the public will understand the desire to resolve our family issues privately. I know that both my parents and I will appreciate your prayers and love."

Tim Parton Changes His Mind - Stays With Legacy Five
Tim Parton, pianist for Legacy Five, has announced his plans to remain with the group instead of pursuing other interests.According to Tim, "Having reconsidered my career plans, I feel that it is best to continue with Legacy Five. I'm sorry for causing confusion...that was not my intent. I appreciate the group giving me the opportunity to continue serving as their pianist. Music is my life and while I am blessed with many occasions to use the talent God has given me, I sometimes allow my schedule to get out of balance. I'm trying to "get it right." I look forward to continuing my work here with Legacy Five."
Scott Fowler said, "I am glad that Tim reconsidered and decided to stay with us. Every decision we make in life presents challenges unique to those decisions. Maintaining a healthy balance in life is a daily task that seems to constantly require course corrections. A wise friend told me just today that every experience in life is put in our path for growth. We are God's ultimate creative project, and He spends as much time as it takes, "getting it right." I believe God brought Tim to Legacy Five for a specific purpose and for a specific season. Tim has been very good for Legacy Five and we welcome the opportunity for us all to continue our life-long quest to "get it right."

I cannot continue to do both the road work with Legacy Five and the additional musical endeavors that I enjoy. I want to say thank you to Scott Fowler, Scott Howard, Glenn Dustin, Frank Seamans and our bus driver Gary Buckner for being so understanding. And to all the Legacy Five friends out there, thank you for welcoming me and accepting me into the Legacy Five family. Tim and Bridget Dill’s Home Burglarized
On Tuesday afternoon Tim and Bridget Dill's home was burglarized while they were away for only a few hours. They returned to find all of their doors open and alot of electronic equipment, important documents, and some of Bridget's jewelry missing. We're very thankful that no one was home. During the process of cleaning up the mess we stopped and smiled when Bridget picked up the lyrics to the song, "Through It All". Though it was kind of ironic that someone had just gone through all of their belongings, it reminded them that God sees us through all of the situations of life."Through it all, through it all. I've learned to trust in Jesus, I've learned to trust in God.
"Through it all, through it all. I've learned to depend upon His Word."

Daughter of Russ Taff Survives Shark Attack
Madi Taff, the 15 year old daughter of Russ Taff, was body surfing in waist deep water with her little sister on June 1 in Cherry Grove, S.C., when a small shark bit her foot. Taff thought she had been bitten by a large crab. Russ Taff who was reading on the beach quickly applied pressure and called for the life guards. The life guards recognized the bite as that of a shark, thought to be most likely a sand bar or black tip shark. Judging by the bite, doctors said the shark was about 5 feet long with a large mouth and razor teeth.Eemergency room staff and locals said they had never seen a shark attack until this case as sharks are rarely seen off the South Carolina coast. Taff's stitches were removed on Sunday, and she is back home and doing fine.
According to reports the chances of being bitten by a shark in South Carolina are one in eleven million.

Yesterday, Sheri Easter learned as a result of testing, that she has breast cancer. The report came after a recent biopsy as stated on Sheri's blog on http://www.gaither.com. She will be undergoing surgery with the possibility of a mastectomy.Jeff and Sheri have been an unwavering influence in the Gospel Music industry for over twenty years. Their success is such, as legends are made of. Their life, music and testimony resonate in the hearts of their audiences everywhere because of the reality of which they sing! Sheri's testimony to her audiences could not be more profound than what came from her hand today, in her blog, when she wrote "I wonder how many times in my life I've used the word "planned"? My schedule doesn't have an opening for cancer. I'm a scheduler and a very good one at that, but even I can't schedule life onto a calender".
Jeff and Sheri Easter covet your prayers at this time, as Jeff reminds us, "Why should I dwell on the hardships and struggles when I look just beyond them I see....the way this will end is with great celebration and deep in my heart I believe. Over and over, again and again, God is faithful!"
Holly Blanton Releases New Solo Project

"This past few years have held some of the best and some of the worst times in my life. I've weathered many storms and have somehow still come through them with a song in my heart because of God's amazing love and comfort. I have chosen songs on this album that mean a lot to me because of their message and because even people in ministry need to be reminded and encouraged to never loose faith and realize that we have a friend that is always with us in the good times as well as the bad times."

Vine recording artist, HisSong has enjoyed several months of success as their current single, "I Still Have It All" has gained success at radio. The second single from the recording, On The Way Up, "I Still Have It All" will appear in the Singing News Magazine as the No. 2 song on the Top 40 chart. Written by Marty Funderburk and Caleb Collins, this song has become the fastest rising for HisSong."There is rarely a night when the crowd doesn't start applauding when they hear the introduction. All my life I wanted to sing Southern Gospel music and hear our songs on the radio. God certainly knows the desires of our hearts and has allowed us to sit back, watch and receive His blessing. But more than the chart success, I'm amazed at the many stories of how this song has helped people through dark times. Thank You God for allowing us to be the vessels from which Your Word is heard," states Dennis Humphries of HisSong.
This current single and recording are now available at Christian Retailers everywhere and distributed by Crossroads Marketing and Entertainment.
