The gift of encouragement doesn't require a paid position or an office. As this boat we are all in gets bigger, it's more important than ever for us to cover each other in support. We need to encourage one another to press on, continue to walk forward, hold fast to our gifts and never, ever give up
As fans and supporters, we need to do two things. One is to encourage the artists' work and talents. Let them know that what they do is valued and being used in the way in which it's intended. The other is to let God do the rest
I've been noticing that one of the hot topics these days is where Southern Gospel is going, and how to best describe it. There seems to be some disagreement as to what is "traditional", what is "contemporary" or "progressive", or even if those latter two categories should even be considered

It's not the glamour job it may appear to be on the surface. But, it can be very rewarding to know that by simply being behind the table and helping to sell product, you might play a small role in leading people to an artist who may impact their lives.
So you’re a fan of an artist or a group, you’re enjoying the music, you’re in touch with other fans sharing your joys and experiences. Maybe you’ve made contact with artists and they know you by your face or name. Then one day, it all changes or goes sour
How many times in your life can you think of that a small, everyday action you took ended up having a life changing effect on you? For me, it was simply changing the channel on my TV set. One Saturday evening I came across a gospel music group singing in front of a live audience.
