Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 2011 into 2012 WOW!!! HERE WE COME.

I love this time of year full of such high emotions and joyful sounds of Christmas Music.

I start listening to my favorite’s right after Thanksgiving and continue through the first of the year… have you taken time this season to really listen to the words of your favorite Christmas Carols? Do you ever just take a moment in all the hustle and bustle of your shopping to think back of the joy that they must have felt when they found baby Jesus wrapped in swaddling clothes. We feel the peace and presences of our Lord today; can you image the joy that filled that stable where Jesus laid? My heart swells up inside when I think about all that our Heavenly Father has done for us and when I sing “Silent Nigh” or “O’ Come all ye Faithful “Joy to the World “ then I love the fun songs too, like “rockin’ around the Christmas tree.... and White Christmas and the list goes on… this is a time of sharing and giving and we as Christians should be doing this the best of all at this time of year. Keep a smile on your face; greet people with “Merry Christmas let the Love of Christmas bubble out of you onto everyone you meet… Have a Holly Jolly Christmas ☺…. Don’t let the stigma of this world keep you from saying what this season is all about …For Unto Us a Child is Born a Savior which is Christ the King. Luke 2:10

I know that many of us have sadness all around, and Christmas is not about how many gifts are under the tree or how much money if any we have in the bank… for many of us have little of that these days, But Mary and Joseph were in the stable where the animal stayed, Christ was not born in the best Hospital or the Crown Plaza Resort…. Jesus was born in a meager lowly stable… and the Love, Joy and Peace resounded from that manger and to this very day the love that was born that day still changes and brings peace to all that call on His name “Jesus the name above all names, the Healer and Salvation of our souls…
