Locals Jack Hodge and Son, Paul Wheeler Wins In Gospel Division In The 2003 North America Country Music Association Awards plus Gospel Radio Show Award

Jack Hodge of Sevierville, TN. walked away with 3 singing awards this year from NACMAI. Rising Star Vocalist Of The Year, Most Promising Male Entertainer Of The Year, Rising Star Album Of The Year "He's Given Me Everything."

Jack and son Paul Wheeler were given a special award for their Gospel Music Radio Show airing Sunday mornings 9:30 AM on WEZG 99.3 FM Sevierville, TN.

Competition was held at the Louise Mandrell Theatre in Pigeon Forge, Tn. There were around 478 acts in the competition this year. Competition was held Monday March 10 through Saturday March 15 from 8 AM until around 7 PM. A Showcase was held every evening from 8 PM until around 11 PM featuring the days Competition. Awards were presented Sunday March 16.
