After speaking with Jake Hess, Jr. today, he reports that his dad had a rough day yesterday, but today seems to be doing much better. He appreciates all the prayers and asks that we all continue to remember Jake in prayer.

Jake Hess is one of the best singers I have ever heard, but even more importantly, I believe he is a true Child of God. He seems to enjoy singing for the glory of God. I know that many times when he is performing he must be feeling poorly, but his smile does not indicate such! Our prayers are with him constantly.

I've been a fan of Jake Hess for many years. Sorry to hear of his illness. I pray that God will bless him and see fit to let him sing for many years to come.

I had the priviledge of meeting Jake Hess a few years ago In Louisville. I walked away from that conversation, feeling that I had been in the presence of God. I'll never forget that moment. Get well Jake
