LITITZ, PA -- The Higher Ground Trio is pleased to announce the addition of Dolly Bankert to the group. Dolly will be joining Art Chastain and Barry Shirk in the group and will be singing the contralto part for the group. She will be replacing Walt Bowman, who recently departed the group.

Dolly is from the Lititz, PA area and has a great deal of talent in music. Dolly is a former member of the group, Sounds Of Love and has played the piano and sung extensively in her home church.

Art and Barry expressed their excitement and delight with the addition of Dolly to their lineup. They are eager to see what the Lord has in store for the group as they journey into the next chapter of the Higher Ground Trio.

The group is currently preparing to head into the studio to record a new project.
