This group of fine young men hail from Boaz, AL and their CD opens with a very good up-tempo song “Join Right In”. This song moves right along and you will be tapping your toes as you listen.

“Holding To The Promise” is the title song and has some nice harmony. The song selection could have used a few more upbeat songs. While the sound is good on the rest of the recording, it tends to get bogged down in a slower mode.

One of the strong points of this CD is an area that most CDs are flimsy on. The liner notes are very good, including listing the names of the group members. I really dislike those CDs that never tell you who is singing with the group on that recording.

Once again, while I would have preferred a few more fast songs, you will be blessed listening to this CD. The messages of the songs are very strong.
